Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is Vishal from Edgecliff, Sydney. I have recently travelled from Sydney to Melbourne with your bus company. I am writing this letter to appraise you with my experience during the journey.

First of all, I am regular user of your reputed bus service company since last 15 years. Freshly, I travelled from Sydney. I was pleased by driver when he welcomed all of us with gentle smile. Moreover, bus was in meant condition where temperature was rightly set to 25 degree Celsius and there was no sign of dirt at all.

Secondly, my entire itinerary was comfortable and peaceful as a result of constant and maintained driving speed. [Extra Start] There was not even a single hiccup. [/Extra End] I reached to destination on scheduled time. Till now, I haven’t faced even a single problem with your facility. I must say that ticket prices are reasonable and services are superior.
