b) 11

X = 5
2^x (1-1/4) = 3*(2^13)
=> (2^x)*3/4 = 3*(2^13)
=> 2^x = 2^15
=> x = 15

D) x= 15.

2^x-2 * (4-1) = 3 * (2^13)
= 2^x-2 = 2^13
=> x = 15
