from 1> a can be 5,10,15 ... b can be 8, 16, 24 ...

(5,8) GCD - 1
(10,16) GCD - 2
(15,24) GCD - 3
.
.
.

Hence a=5 and b=8

agree on C, same explanation. With ratios, we can't know the real numbers.
