yeah this is a weird question ... any of them "can" be true , but only A is true all of the time

I think that's a good distinction to make and it's a good (but weird) question. We're so used to answering "must be true" questions, that we might not answer this correctly because we miss the "can" part of the question.

Well I'd be a fool if I'd try to preach a cliche'd good practice : READ THE QUESTION TWICE BEFORE ATTEMPTING IT.

huh!! I got it wrong in the first shot, anyways answer is E.
