I get C.

i) a can be any integer, as long as b=7 or c=7. since we dont know what b or c are, we can't say what a is. INSUFF

ii) if bc=18, then their only possible values are 6,3,18,1,2,9 (+/-). but we have no idea what a is.


i & ii) since neither b or c equal 7, which is needed to make one of the terms (b-7) or (c-7) = 0, then it must be a. so a=7.
