We get

A=B=C=D

Refer to HongHu's link for Verbal Section (CR tips)

Means A=D which means Not D = Not A

C is the correct choice

C from me too...

if something is A, then it must be B, and must be C and must be D.
Thus if something is not D, it is not C, and therefore not B and not A.

A->D by transitive logic
take contrapositive of A->D
not D -> not A
