E

first condition
1,2,3=6, not a multiple of 24
24,25,26=multiple of 24

second condition
1,2,3=6, not a multiple of 24
23,24,25=multiple of 24

E
1. say B is 6; c=1; so 1 * 2 * 3 = 6
it is a multiple of 3 but not of 24

say B is 24; c=2; 2 * 3 * 4 = 24
it is a multiple of 3 and of 24

so 1 is not sufficient

2. c = 1; B = 6 is not a multiple of 24
c=3; B = 60; not a ...
....

together:still no
