I guess. C should be the answer..
As x=6 ,x^2 =36 so y^2 =36 too as y^2=x^2
Am i right??

but y could be either 6 or -6 and yet y^2 will be 36

Hence the ratio of x and y could be either 1 or -1...

E is the answer
