4 hrs., 20 min.

4 hrs., 48 min.

6 hrs., 50 min.

It takes 6 presses 4 * 3/5 = 12/5 hours to print 3000 newspapers.
It takes 3 presses 2 * 12/5 = 24/5 hours = 4h48min to print 3000 newpapers

6Ps take 4Hs to 5000
so 3Ps take 8Hs to do 5000
then for 3000 they take 8 * 3/5 = 4 hrs 48 minutes

Yes its C...

Official explanation:
The first step in solving this problem is determining the rate of the printing presses. If it takes six presses 4 hours to print 5000 newspapers, the rate is 5000/4 newspapers/hour. Three presses are 1/2 as many presses, so we multiply the rate by 1/2, 5000/4 ├Ч 1/2 = 5000/8. Once we know the rate, we can solve for time by using the equation time = amount/rate. The amount (number of papers) equals 3000 and the rate is 5000/8, therefore, Time = 3000/(5000/8). Simplify that to Time = 3000/625, and simplify again to Time = 24/5 = 4 4/5 = 4 hrs., 48 min.
