If k is a positive integer, does k have more than 3 different prime factors?

The least positive number tha has 4 (so more than 3) different prime factors is 2*3*5*7=210. So, k cannot be less than 210.

(1) k<200 --> since k<210 then k does not have more than 3 different prime factors. Sufficient.

(2) K>100. Clearly insufficient: if k=prime>100 then the asnwer is NO but if k=2*3*5*7=210 (for example) then the answer is YES. Not sufficient.

Answer: A.

The OA you have posted is wrong.

Four unique primes: 2*3*5*7 = 210

1) k < 200 < 210 so must omit one of the unique primes. Sufficient
2) k = 2*3*7 or 2*3*5*7. Not sufficient.
