n=1, 30^1=030 (Hundredth digit = 0)
n=2, 30^2=900 (Hundredth digit = 9)
n=3, 30^3=27000 (Hundredth digit = 0)
n=4, 30^4=810000 (Hundredth digit = 0)
For any further n, Hundredth digit = 0.

I. 30^n > 1000
Hundredth digit = 0.

II. n is a multiple of 3
Hundredth digit = 0.
