It's B

if n is a positive integer, than the result of the equation will be

51 (If n = 1), 46 (if n = 2), 41 (if n = 3), 36 (if n = 4)....etc.

when you continue increasing n, you eventually get values such as

6 (when n = 10), 1 (when n = 11), -4 (when n = 12), -9 (when n = 13) etc.

since we are talking about absolute values, we can deduce that the result of this equation must end with a 6, 1, 4 or 9.

Only B meets this criteria
