If n is an integer and 100 < n <200, what is the value of n?
(1) n/36 is an odd integer.
(2) n/45 is an even integer.

I'm not sure with a correctness of the OA answer.
Later will explain my approach.

The answer to this should be B.
From the first condition n can be 3,4,5 (3,5 odd) So not useful
From the second condition n can be 3,4 (4 even) Definite Answer

Agree on B

Statement 1) N could equal either 108 or 180
Statement 2) N can only equal 180

Yes guys 'B' is the OA.
Neat explanation skumar.raman.

My approach was the same. But there is one moment.
Does 'n' must be the same in 1) and 2) = 180 or it must be different?
180/36=5 odd number.
180/45=4 even number.
In both cases the n=180
In this case the answer is 'C'. :?:

Should be "B"

I'm sure you're confused with DS

First check choices individually if each of the choice independent of each other gives the answer, if not, then consider them together. Here choice 2 is enough, correct?

Hey M8,

Think I'm joining the B gang as well.

A is insuf as explained
B is suf

So I don't need to check both conditions together to see if C works. I stop at B. But lets say B also gave me two options, then I would use A and B like you explained, compare and get 180 common from both and then mark the answer as C.
