(1) n/36 is an odd integer.
(2) n/45 is an even integer.

Can someone please explain the reasoning behind this question?

(1) n/36 is an odd integer.
posible values for 36*3 =108 36*5= 180
--> two solutions not sufficient

(2) n/45 is an even integer.

possible values n 45*4=180 only one solution

Very straightforward that the answer is B.
(1) has 2 answers which are n=108 and 180
(2) n=180
