1) n is even

C.

St1: n is a even number.

St2: the cube root of n is an integer.

we have 8, 27, and 64.

now, cube root of 8 is 2 which is not in range. as we are finiding between 2 and 100.

cube root of 27 is 3 which is in the rage but it is odd.

and cube root of 64 which is 4 and it is in range and even.

So, n is equal to 4. Hence both are sufficient to answer the question.

oops it should be B..
I overlooked the question..
it says n is square of integer.
8 and 27 are not square of any integer.
so 64 is the answer.

B should be sufficient.

2< n<100 , n = x^2

from one

n has multiple values...insuff

from b

n in the form x^2 = 4,9,16,25,36,49,64,81,100
n in the form b^3 = 8,27,64

64 is common

n = 64.........suff.............b
