From the stem, we know that N is either 4, 9, 16, 25, 36, 49, 64, or 81.
1 tells us that it is also a cube.
cubes between 1-100... 8, 27, 64
64 is the only number common to both lists. A is sufficient.
2 tells us that the number is even.
This could be 4, 16, 36, or 64.
Many numbers are common. B is not sufficient.
