SOLUTION

If n=\sqrt{\frac{16}{81}}, what is the value of \sqrt{n}?

(A) 1/9
(B) 1/4
(C) 4/9
(D) 2/3
(E) 9/2

n=\sqrt{\frac{16}{81}}=\frac{4}{9}. So, \sqrt{n}=\sqrt{\frac{4}{9}}=\frac{2}{3}.

Answer: D.

SOLUTION

If n=\sqrt{\frac{16}{81}}, what is the value of \sqrt{n}?

(A) 1/9
(B) 1/4
(C) 4/9
(D) 2/3
(E) 9/2

n=\sqrt{\frac{16}{81}}=\frac{4}{9}. So, \sqrt{n}=\sqrt{\frac{4}{9}}=\frac{2}{3}.

Answer: D.
