I agree with A
Let a-ammonia
w-water
then P= 0.1a+0.9w
R=0.03a+0.97w
S=2P+3R=2(0.1a+0.9w)+3(0.03a+0.97w)=0.29a+4.71w
then water is 94.2% and ammonia 5.8%

Am I right?

Easy One.
Given: Solution S consisted of 2 parts of P and 3 parts of R.
Find: %ammonia in S= ?
1) Sufficient. If Solution P contained 10 percent ammonia and solution R contained 3 percent ammonia then
Concentration of final sol = {(2X)(.1) + (3X)(.03) }*100/ 5X
=29/5
=5.8%
Eliminate B,C,E.
2) No Sufficient.Eliminate D
