(1) p^3st=728
(2) t=13

(1) p^3st=728
728 = 2*364 = 2*2*182 = 2*2*2*91 = 2*2*2*7*13 = 2^3*7*13
=> p = 2, s = 7, t=13 or p = 2, s = 13, t=7
Note that in both cases above value of p^3s^3t^3 stays same so question is answered using this statement alone. So answer can be A or D.

(2) t=13. Does not tells us about p and s so not sufficient.

given : p,s,t are prime positive numbers
question p^3s^3t^3=?

now (1)s*t* p^3 = 728=7*13*8=> p=2 and s t are 7 or 13
(pst )^3 can be known since all the values are known SUFFI

(2) t=13 does not give p and s value hence INSUFFI
IMO A
