"She, I" are subjects here, use "me" when u need an object

B.was I, she would have accepted the prize if she would have
- 'would have won it' is wrong.

C.was I, she would have accepted the prize if she had
- 'need were'

D.were I, she would have accepted the prize if she would have
- same problem with B

E.were me, she would have accepted the prize if she had
- object do not go with subject

A it is.

Is this a case of subjunctive ?

It it is "were" would come and the 2 options B and C can be removed.

Use subjective and obective pronouns and get A
