A for me...

The one's digit is not 0, that means 1<=U<=9

1: 9 is added to the number. 9+1 will return 10, and 9+9 will return 18. Either ways, 1 will be added to the tens position, which is known. Hence suff.

2: 4 is added to the number. 4+1 will return 5, which does not add anything to the 10s digit. 4+9 will return 13, which will add a 1 to the 10s digit. INSUFF

Got A too...

From 1 it is clear that there is a carry over form the units to tens digit and hence the tens digit has to be 2.

SUFF

From 2, tens digit of k+4 is 2, we cannot say if there was a carry over or not.

let the number be abc
c != 0
b=?

(1) #= 121,122,123 etc
Then b=2

AD

(2) #= 117,116,118,119
then b=1
# = 121,122,123,124
then b=2

Hence A
