(C) is the most likely event.

even * even= even
even * odd = even

Check it with calculation

(A) P(EE or OO)=4/9*3/8+5/9*4/8=32/72
(B) P(OE or EO)=5/9*4/8+4/9*5/8=40/72
(C) P(EE or EO or OE)=4/9*3/8+4/9*5/8+5/9*4/8=52/72
(D) P(OO)=5/9*4/8=20/72
(E) P(PN or NP, 0 is neither positive, nor negative)=3/9*5/8+5/9*3/8=30/72

if I pick 3 & 1 how the product is even???
