With triangles, the rule is that the 3rd side must be greater than the difference of side 1 and side 2 but less than their sum.

Since side one is =2, side two is =5, difference is 3, sum is 7.

smallest perimeter: 2+5+4 = 11
largest perimeter: 2+5+6 = 13.

doesn't fall into any of the choices, so I would have picked None of the Above.
