I get B as well..

x^2y^3=200

well if x=1 then y^3 or y=cuberoot(200) etc

1) if y is integer, i.e 1 then x=sqrt(200) etc or y^3=2^3 or x^2=5^2 xy=10

insuff

2) x/y=2.5 well only x=5 and y=2 fits the bill..

xy=10 sufficient

200--> 5^2*2^3

1: we don't know wheter x is + or -. insuff

2: must be 5/2. we know that both must be +. So suff.
