I have tried to solve it for several times but failed. Please help me.

It would help if you provided answer choices. According to the definition given...

@ (-0.1) = -1

@ (0.1) = 0

Thus, @ (-0.1) + @ (0.1) = -1 + 0 = -1

draw on number line for ease.
greatest integer number that is less than or equal to -0.1 is -1
also greatest integer number that is less than or equal to 0.1=0

Hence answer = -1+0=-1

Hope this is clear.
