1) z-x=2
2) x<y<z

1) Only tells us z and x are two apart. No information about y. Insufficient.
2) Only tells us the integers can be arragned in increasing order (x,y,z). No information they are consecutive. Insufficient.

Using 1) and 2),
we can tell x is 2 places below z. since x, y and z are integers and y is between x and z, the order must be x,y,z each 1 place apart. Sufficient.
