If x < y <z> 5, where x is an even integer and y and z are odd integers, what is the least possible value of z – x ?

(A) 6
(B) 7
(C) 8
(D) 9
(E) 10

Does that marked in red mean z > 5 ? If yes, the Ans. is B ie 7.

y-x>5

Somehow the question cannot be posted to the forum correctly. It's x<y<z and the above quote...the rest of the question stays the same.
