Hi,
I have seen another subtle question in application:
"If you are not selected for a fellowship, will you be able to finance your education?"
I really want a scholarship (who doesn't). So how should I answer this question? Will it affect the outcome of my application? (For example, the adcoms will wonder: If I admit this cute guy but don't give him scholarship, he still won't be able to attend, so I'd better deny him")...
How is you guys' idea?

As far as I can remember, every school I have researched admits students "need blind". I'm curious, which school says this?
