It is one of those forms...."I can help you walk", "you can help me understand".....where base form of verb is used and "to" is unnecessary.

The funniest part about this sentence is that I found it on the Kaplan website. NOT as a question, but as part of their text for the website. And under the "Teach for Kaplan" section no less!!
