Hey Guys,
Love your book. It really gets into the top schools mindsets.
I have a question for you. I was looking through the resume books of the top 5 MBA schools and almost everyone in them went to Yale, Harvard, Stanford, Penn or Princeton for undergrad. Those that didn't got to a top 10 undergrad school had a 4.0 or had incredible work experience.
Is the undergrad school bias for these adcoms that severe? What does it take for someone who didn't goto an Ivy to make up for it?

I would like to know as well. I am going to be a University of Delaware grad, what school are you from? My GPA won't be a 4.0 either, more like 3.4-3.5.

I have heard that GMAT and Work Experience matter more than GPA and/or undergrad school.

I know what you mean, that it does seem that all of these people went to Ivy League schools. It surely helps, but adcomms really are more interested in your work experience (including the Four Dimensions that we describe in our book) than your undergrad school. People rom those top schools are more likely to have great work experience than the average Joe, but you may have great experience or be somehow unique, which makes your undergrad school & GPA almost an afterthought.

BTW, thanks for the kind words about the book!
