Hello,

Background :
I am facing issues in improving my quant score past 49 in practice tests. probably i get stuck with some question in middle and rush in the end or do some silly mistake.
As per material I have completed OG 12 and Quantative Review.

Question :
a) Is there a book or a post or any notes where I can get a list of ALL TYPES of questions that can be asked in GMAT.
A list covering all the possible tricks in form of questions.

Like there were just a few solutions I encountered in OG whose approach was better than mine.
so i am thinking if I can get the list of all the different types of questions that can possibly be asked in GMAT, I might be able to touch 51.

Happy GMATing !!

-------------------- EDIT 1 ----------------

Came across TotalGMAT Maths by Jeff Sackmann

while searching for the answer to my question. Please provide feedback if this will help OR i am at a totally wrong path

Thank you!!

Thanks for the response. I saw the post but this chap seems to be equally troubled with the same issue.

Well after some thought I am thinking of one of the combination of
a) TotalGMAT Maths by Jeff Sackmann,
c) jeff sackman extreme-challenge and
d) GMAT Club Test.

Please suggest in what order of preference should I study these four.

Thanks

I have not used jeff sackman's book, so cant say about it. But i dont think its needed. At 49 i am sure your clear with the basics, you just need some advance applications to put in...

Try gc club mocks and spend time reviewing the solutions, Also follow Bunuel and check how he solves questions. Extremely helpful. If you dont see any improvement then go for mgmat advance else GC club mocks alone will do.

There 2 links contains questions asked in American Maths Competitions in Class 10 and Class 12. Approximately 50% of the total problems in this list are Q48-Q51 level. Some problems are not like GMAT, since you are at Q49 assuming you know how to identify GMAT type of problems. These problems are even better than MGMAT Test problems/Challenge problems. Having said that you need to judge for yourself if this is the best investment of your time.
