i think D
- parallelism is between advocate and changes -> both are noun form -> c and E are out
- "Discourse on Women" is a treaty and not arguing in itself -> A, B out

E

Answer choice should start with "a treatise". Highlights maintain parallelism and seal E as the answer.

E is the correct answer.

A and B ---> Misplaced modifier ('arguing')
C --->Wrong coz it uses 'advocates X' ..'and for..'
D ---> Not parallel ('advocating' n 'changes')

E it is.
