My choice is C also

Is "they" in C ambigous.... we have declines and speculators...i think

there may be a referent problem...further ..i feel "their" needs a subject in

the independent clause (after the semi colon)

what do you think?

I think "they" is clearly refer to "speculators", not ambigous...........
As for the last sentence, "their selling" is subject and "pushed" is verb.
Therefore, I choose "C" as my answer.

hey,
how about ,
B).
comments welcome.

un .... I do not think B is good choice because :

Having ....... , and .......... << Dangling modifiers >>

does not seems logical grammar structure ? in my opinion , the sentence might be better in this way :

Having (P.P) .......... , (S) + (V) ............. .

what you think ?

First time I saw this question, I choose C or E, but I really don't understand what's the reason "who" come with " , " so .......... I think maybe " C " will be better ..........

I think C is right.
E does not make sense
Having had is not right so B is out
Those is redundant in D
A is passive voice and does not sound right.
