As for the last sentence, "their selling" is subject and "pushed" is verb.
Therefore, I choose "C" as my answer.

First time I saw this question, I choose C or E, but I really don't understand what's the reason "who" come with " , " so .......... I think maybe " C " will be better .......... :roll:

E does not make sense
Having had is not right so B is out
Those is redundant in D
A is passive voice and does not sound right.
