Go to be between C and E. C is the correct one for the use of "they"

it is (C) guyz.i doubted as to whther not only.... but also should be used compounded or not.that is the but also can appear separated.This has cleared it for me.

Only C maintains the format, "not only...but also". So, C for me.

I thought that the correct idiom was Not only X but also Y, with nothing in between.
Could anybody clarify this?
