Are you sure there aren't three sizes instead of four?!? And where's the choice E??

Of course, the answer to this question is not even among the given choices.

It is among the given choices.. well, if you want choice E.. then its 33%.
And there are 4 sizes only.. small, medium, large and x-large.
Try once again..its not that difficult..

x = small
3x = medium
1/2x = large
1/2 x = x-large

x + 3x + 1/2x + 1/2x = 5x

% of medium = 3x/5x * 100 = 60%
