1.0848b paid by 6 highest contributing countries
0.5152 contributed by remaining 153 countries
Total = 159 countries
St1:
Insufficient. We do not know anymore information at this point.
St2:
country x paid = 0.0768b. but we do not know anything else.
Using St1 and St2:
We know 0.896b are paid off by the 4 highest-contributing countries. So we have 0.704b left to split up. Of this, 0.1888 is paid by the next two highest contributing countries. At this point, we still can't deduce if X is among the 6 highest contributing countries.

Should be 'E'.
Stmt1: we don't know how 67.8-56.0 = 11.8 % is divided between x and the sixth country. So Insuff.
Stmt2: Clearly insuff
Combining two
We know the x = 4.8 % and the sixth country may be 3 %. Still we don't know whether x can be counted in most contributing countries. So INSUFF
