Stmnt 1 insuff. 18 could be green or red

Stmnt 2 insuff. 19 could be yellow or red.

Now I'm not sure about this problem... are we suppose to assume that the order is like so Green Yellow Red Green Yellow Red etc...

b/c if not, there is no restriction on the amount of greens. it could be GGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGYRGGGGG

if we are to assume GYR, then 18 is Green 19 Yellow 20 is Red. which makes 24 Green.

Wuts OA, my guess depending on the assumptions C or E.

St1:
18th tile is red or green. If it's red, then 24th tile -> red. If it's green, then 24th tile -> green

St2:
19th tile is yellow or red. If it's yellow, then 24th tile -> yellow. If it's green then 24th tile -> red

Using both, it says 18 tile is not yellow, 19th tile is not green, then 18th tile must be green, then 19th tile will be yellow and 24th tile will be yellow.

I assume that the colors will rotate, and anything behind green won't be just all green or something else.

Though it may sound like there is one, no pattern is established either by the question stem, or by stat 1 and 2.
