I am really confused with the second part of the sentence and do not know how to solove it.

Sell is omitted. Now replace options with sell A) have been priced to sell, and they are SELL B) are priced to sell, and they have-SELL C) are priced to sell, and they do SELL - only this makes sense.   D) are being priced to sell, and have SELL E) had been priced to sell, and they have SELL

Could you please explain your choice? I am really confused with the second part of the sentence and do not know how to solove it. C has the correct construction. are priced to sell and they do sell.. here sell is optional as the meaning is clear without sell..
