I am confused between B and C. But "when in C " sounds little awkward. Whats the QA ?

In addition to parallelism, the logical meaning is important to answer the question. I also chose B.

Correct me if i am wrong.

Besides the obvious flaw with 'parallelism'.... there is 'between' and 'among'
Between - for two things.. or people
Among - for two or more.

Wouldnt this also help us narrow down our answe choices?? And in this case B would be the clearere answer.

You are right :)
This question is checking parallelism and the concept you mentioned above.
B makes the best choice.
