In at Katz(Pittsburgh) Not going-not enough money

Got into Katz. I had a 690 GMAT and a 3.81 GPA. I was hoping for more scholarship money. but only got 10,000l. Their Median/Average GMAT is 620, and their average GPA is 3.2. I am not sure why I didn't get more money. I am going to apply elsewhere.

I just applied there with my 2.7 MSU econ degree and 640. Hope I get in
