1) 15!/(8!)
2) 7!*8!
3) (15C8)*6!*7!
4) 2*(15C7)*6!*7!

8 people can be chosen from a group of 15 in 15C8 ways & seated in a round table in 7! (since it is round, one person can be taken as reference)ways. In the other table 6! ways of arrangement will be possible.
Hence the result is 15C8*6!*7!.
