Depends. If only one ring per finger, then: 6P4=360*5=1800.

If multiple rings can be worn on any one finger in multiple orders, then this problem becomes much more complicated.

The explanation is :

r things can be given to n persons in n^r ways.

Here,
n = 4
r = 6

= 4^6 ways.
