The original sentence seems fine here. "Whom" is usually used in interrogative constructions.

I will go for (A).
Usage of Whom is improper here.
A marks the tenses clearly. The teenagers saw Mary in the dream before they claimed it (so, had is necessary) and have seen her from then onwards (expressed by have in the second sentence after comma).

'have had' is used correctly.
