Ans should be A
Mary is the subject . Hence who is appropriate.
Therefore only two options are left A and D
D has a tense error, as the event took place in the past and D is in the present tense.

Please explain answer choices.
Isn't Mary the object of the sentence in this case?
Obviously six teenagers are the subject.
