Argument isn't "improving nutrition exclusively via Vitamin A", it's "improving nutrition".

If you take out important nutrients besides vitamin A, you're decreasing nutrition.

I took help of kaplan book. it has a concept of scope shift for CR's. here the argument is talking about problems of Vit A deficiency and in the immediate next sentence the author is taking about nutrition (BTW i was wrong about the implicit Vit A).
So the argument's scope was shifted from Vit A to nutrition in general.

considering this D is not the best option as the scope of the argument is not limited to Vit A but has extended to Nutrition in general.

i agree with Hades explanation. lol :D (5 times)

But thanks

Stay away from Kaplan.

That is all.

E has to be wrong! Even if you negate it, it reads: E. The currently cultivated varieties of sweet potato contain important nutrients that SPK004 lacks. Okay, so what? SPK004 lacks every other nutrient in the world. It only has beta carotene. Call me intelligent because I can eat the SKP004 to get my beta-carotene AND other sweet potatoes to get other nutrients! They are NOT mutually exclusive to my diet or to the farmers planting them. The problem is that there is a Vitamin A deficiency in the region, so I assume that there is not another food with vitamin A. The plan will still succeed as long as these people can get some Vitamin A; they can get other nutrients elsewhere and even from other sweet potatoes.

Who makes up these questions and doesn't qualify them?????? They try to make them hard but end up making them incorrect.
