this a pythagron triblet 3,4,5 , thus the hyp = 5
well

area of the triangle = 1/2 *3*4 = 6 ( using perpen sides)

area ( hyp and pr) = 6 , hyp = 5 thus pr = 12/5
pr = 6*2/5 = 12/5

there are two ways to calculate area of PQS. area remains same, so both are equal.
3*4/2 = PR*5/2

PR = 12/5

*btw, this is known has "bh" principle i.e. PQ*PS = PR*QS.
