Initially I choose option B, but some how I had a doubt, as per my understanding, when we use "which" , it should be followed by ",". Can anyone please advice?

As I know, if 'which' is preceded by a preposition, then we don't need comma. "IN which" in option B.

I think "in which" functions as "that" in this case (b). "in which...xxx" describes the process of Repousse.
