1) The least common denominator of X/Y and 1/3 is 6
2) X = 1

Value of Y can be "2" or "6" for least common denominator of X/Y and 1/3 to be 6.
LCD of 2 and 3 = 6
LCD of 6 and 3 = 6
Hence, (1) = insuff.

(2) - not relevant information. insuff.
Hence answer is E.
