It is A.

In the initial planning stage was past, and over. So we need simple past tenser here. moreover Corporation is singular.... so we need to use it to refer corporation.

B is wrong because it uses present perfect tense.

C. Their is wrong, corporation is singular

D. unneccessary passive form

E. awkward.

so A remains.

A for parallelism, use of its over their, and correct verb tense.
