I would go with B as well.

You're basically trying to explain why vacationers comprise more of the visitors to pure aq. vs zoos.

If there are fewer pure aquariums than zoos, it would make sense more vacationers would account for the people visiting the aquariums since they are not available in their home towns.

I am going ahead with B.

All others look out of scope & irrelevant.

Because Virtually all large metropolitan areas have zoos, the vacationers would like to visit some thing new i.e., pure aquariums rather than the ordinary zoos.

However, it is a tough one. I got the thought after a lot of time.

Please publish OA.
